Talk to Dentist on Severe Pain In The Entire Tooth

I have been having severe toothache for more than a year. Haripur Hassan Abdal Abbottabad. I have been treated by many doctors here. But I am not getting any relief at all, rather the pain is increasing with time. I am going through extreme pain. Today I have taken him to another doctor. The doctor in Abbottabad said that they will extract the tooth. But the test has been done. Which also shows jaundice. So please guide me. Also suggest any medicine that can reduce the patient's pain.
