this is perio problem involving your gums and may be bone aswell.

yes but that doesn't mean you should not get scaling done. when your gum and bone levels will be healthy again after scaling the tissue will no more be edematous and bleeding. Trust the physiology of your structures.

Get a proper check up ,probably with scaling and instructions your problem will be adressed
Wasalam, Get your proper checkup done. Consult nearby dentist and get your scaling done. For sometimes it will bleed during procedure but that’ll stop after that and it will start to heal.Then start proper oral hygiene routine and prescribed medications.
