you need proper clinical management which can happen in the clinic mean while use a good mouthwash and ensure proper brushing after meals.
use parodontax extra fresh toothpaste and colgate slimsoft tooth brush. do gargles with Luke warm water and add a pinch of salt in it. for stomach upset take antacid like risek esso nexum. use niflam mouth wash too my diluting in 1 cap water for 15 days. but you need to visit dentist too for scaling.

try to cleanse your tongue regularly and get yourself checked by a dentist
Maintain your oral hygiene !! Use protect antibacterial mouth wash for a week or 2 and visit some nearby dentist for clinical examination !!
Salam. Sab sey pehley stomach treat kerwaein as it is one of the causes for issues in oral cavity. Regarding gum bleeding, make sure aap soft tooth brush use karein and zor sey brushing na karein. If there is any tartar in teeth, try to visit any dentist nearby if you can for cleaning.
