Talk to Dentist on Stones Type Of Pieces From Mouth

Hi! I have been facing this issue of having small smelly stone like pieces that appear in my mouth and i have to cough it out. I am a 22 year old girl and have no medical history. Is this somthing to worry about? I take care of my hygiene properly and brush my teeth twice aday as well. It used to be quite frequent a few months back however they have started appearing again. They vary in sizes.
