Salam, 2 days ago sudden pain in front teeth (3,2) at night (1 AM), take synflex tab but no relief, but in morning pain goes away at it's own. today visit to dental dr for check up but Dr says their is no issue with your teeth..... I am posting x-ray here for advice from doctors. ( any need of filling or not). thanks.

Dear patient the tooth you have ticked has root caries and it needs to be treated kindly visit some good dentist that has a good diagnosis probably a dentist who is FCPS/MCPS and good experience

According to the radiograph your tooth has decayed near the root area. It needs to be treated by your dentist. Don't take it light. Teeth are precious.

do you have any history of pain or sensitivity in this particular tooth previously?
seems like there is cirvical burnout lesion in your radiograph ,and it should be treated accordingly
Diagnosis: Pocketing, Proximal Caries
Treatment: Deep Scaling & Filling/ RCT will decide after Cliical examination of respective tooth area

Caries is obvious on radiograph, so need clinical evaluation for depth of caries to decide either to go for Filling or RCT

you having two things first you having realy deep pocketing jis ki waja sa you having food impaction and the other thing is you proximal caries for that you need filling and rct.
