It has been one week since tooth extraction My wife took cefspan 400 for 4 days , phir masuron main jalan ho rahi thi, phir doctor ko dhikhaya Tha, then he stopped antibiotic, aur chhale ke liye tube(kenalog)di thi, kenalog se farak nhi Hua, Dr ne dubara antibiotic 2 days ke liye di hai *swelling ziada ho rahi hai *pain killer khati hai to pain khatam ho jata hai, jese asar khatam ho pain shuru hojata hai. Is it normal in broken tooth extraction?
please get the extraction skte evaluated again by a dentist so that he could diagnose the post-operative complaint and manage accordingly instead of relying on medications.
It happens sometimes after tooth extraction. Kenalog sey farak nahin aega. Revomet plus gel sey Insha'Allah faaida aega. Painkillers will help too. It will take around 14 days to heal. But on a safe side, x-ray kerwalein. Just in case andar koi piece reh gaya ho root ka ya koi aur issue ho. Warna this happens aksar after extraction.

secondly dry socket bhi hosakta hai. it's better to go to the dentist again and get a proper checkup.
you should get it checked by another dentist a consultant maxillofacial surgeon.. for thorough check and removal of any remaining part.. Xray would be needed to confirm.

you should go for PA x-ray .
Dry socket is condition when clot is removed from socket.

Secndly pain ki aik waja ye b ho skty ha kay socket me instruments aggressively use hua ha . Medication me start kr dety hoo apki but ap xray lazmi lazmi krwaiye bcx it can worsen the situation . Medications at this time is . Augmentin 1+o+1 and panadol sath sath 1+1+1 for three days
