I have swellon Jaws aur uski wajah swy pain hota h aur ye 2 saal swy h likn ab pain thora zayda hota h likn chewing krney sey nhi hota kabhi kbhi esey hota h. Poora sir kan tk jaata h. To ye infection eksey thk hoga without kisi surgery

3rd molars might be the reason.. get one opg done and consult your family dentist
apko clinic visit Kar k dentist ko dikhane ki zarorat hai. it's urgent. Bina dekhe apk infection ko koi b treat nhi Kar skta .. you visit a clinic to get to know the cause and treatment of your dental issue.

Aik itna swellon nhi h or aik thora zyada or iska waja sey face bht wide lagta h or ajws bhi large hain.
u need to consult to maxillofacial surgeon soon as possible bcz it's bony swelling ,
alot of causes behind it , it might b related to wisdom tooth or any other minor tumor, Go to dentist soon as possible
