Talk to Dentist on Swelling In Upper Molar

Doctors, I'm currently in China and as you know the situation in China due to virus, everything is closed. Local clinics are closed and I'm experiencing severe pain in upper left molar. It started with light pain. Than for last three days I'm having severe pain for which I took Ansaid once In a day. Now,my whole left side is swollen. What can I have apart from Ansaid. Can I take leflox, antibiotic? I can't risk going to main hospital and get infected. Please help.

These are symptoms of irreversible pulpitis.
Take following medicine if you dont have any medical history
Tab co-amoxiclave(augmentin) 625mg 1+1+1x5 days
tab/cap diclofenic sodium 50mg 1+1+1×3 days
take warm water add a little salt and rinse as much as you can(8 to 10 times a day) .dont leave tooth paste on that molar and clean it gently twice or thrice a you clean the area less will be bacterial any antibacterial mouth soft yourself near by dentist as soon as possible
Get augmentin generic name coamoxi clav 1 gram bd i.e 1+1 (5 days),, flagyl 400mg 1+1 5 days generic name metronidazole and brufen 400mg 1+1+1 ibuprofen generic name

Dear Patient First of All for instant relieve from pain and swelling you should need to gargles withluke warm salt water after every 3 hours.
Meanwhile for antibiotic you can use amoxicilline 500mg twice a day for 5 days
aoa yes u can take antibiotics twice aday for 5 days.

I have started amoxicillin and flagyl twice a day. For the pain I took Ansaid. The swelling is there a little bit.
But pain has decreased a lot.
What should be the step after overcoming infection and swelling?
What treatment should I go for?

if tooth is in restorable condition they will attempt RCT to conserve tooth .
