Want Dentist opinion I had swollen gum on backside of tooth and from front side root of tooth is visible. Also had a new tooth slightly on backside which comes out 10 years ago at age of 22. What should I do for root of tooth visible now. And should i remove the tooth which come 10 year ago. It is not paining but bcz of it I already lose my 1 front tooth

well it's not the case of extraction. don't Panic . just book an appointment for consultation. it looks like some periodontal problem in pic but not sure about it as only physically examination can confirm it . you need to visit and then after proper evaluation problem can be defined
