teeth ka jo orignal shade h,wohi rhyga at least ap kuch nahi kar skty,,ux k leay treatments hn,like internal bleaching and whitening, you have to get appointment from dentist.plus teeth already mazboot hoty h. agar drd ho rha h ya hill rhe hn yaa pher blood arhe h tw you have to get it checked,
Visit a dentist or call marham for phone call appointment
first stop using ur teeth to eat hard dryfruits etc.
visit dentist for a detailed checkup and treatment as I can't advise with out seeing
