hello, first of all, if it's causing severe pain then it's better to be removed, but if it's curable then get a filling done.
the more appropriate advice can be given after a clear look at your teeth.
visit your dentist and he/she will guide you to the best option.
in case of pain, you can do saline rinses (in medium-hot water add 2-3 pinch of salt and rinse your affected side with it) it will help reduce the swelling.
still, I will advise you to see a dentist because it can get severe with time if not treated properly.

Agr severe pain hai just go for extraction ! Usually not every dentist treats 3rd molar
