kindly visit dental surgeon , x ray kr k will confirm the exact cause . may b wisdom tooth hi problematic ho but cant say anything without clinical examination

Jee bilkul aisa hota hai q k ajao daar ko Jub nikalne ki jaga nai milti toh woh sojan(inflammation) karta hai. Is k do haal hain ya toh ap dawai khain ya phir ek dafa is daar ko nikalwa len and mushkil Asan karen.
