Assalam o alaikum My name is hamza munir i am 24 years old about a month ago i had dirhea and nausea i took medcines but ab yeh problem hai k mere masoory black ho rhy hain dono teeh(Darh) choty choty pieces me toot rhy hain brush krty waqt masoory bleed krte hain right side py masoory k uper 2,3 dane bhi bny hoye hain masoory sukker rhy hain or throat me pain bhi hota hy me bht pareshan hn plzz give me advice Thanks

till that time proper cleaning 3 times with soft brush and 3 time garhles with namak wala garm pani

Hamza we can't really say if it's the side effect of any medication you took. With certain medicine there are mouth ulcers sometimes but you must visit a dentist to get proper checkup done so the dentist can take your full history and do proper oral examination and can treat accordingly.

But when was the last time u ever visited dentist?
Seems you need thorough cleaning that's scaling n debridement

I brush my teeths regularly nd i have pain in my throat in swallowing nd i feel something in my throat nd gums jese bilkul weak ho rahe hote hain bahot soft hogye hain jese khatam ho rahe hote hain so thats why i am so worried that its type of mouth cancer or any other major disease?

check your serum calcium level ..
uski deficiency se b hotaaa hai amd gingivitis ki wajaa se b.
.
you need scaling and polishing along withh calcium supplements if there's deficiency in.calcium level

galay ka masla pharyngitis lag rahaa . thats not dentist domain .... better to do saline gargles and get it check by either a ent surgeon or a dentist physcially

Wasalam Hamza some medicine ka side effects ya stomach problems the wajah say black discolouration of gums ho jata hai,secondly app ka jo dant tooat rahay hain into pieces aur ous ka oper daany be banay hoey hain ais ka matlab ka kay app ka ain dantoun ke keerah laga hoa hai aur yeh bura tarah infected hain aur daant ke jaar ka nechay pus perhe hoey hai app apni complete medical history ka sath kise dentist ko check kerwain aur agar zarourat hai tou daantoun ke cleansing be kerwa hain,aur pershan na houn inshAllah app ka masla haal ho jahay ga.aur dentist say proper brushing technique ka patah kerain aur medium soft blister wala brush use kerain
