Asking for Self, Male, 15 years old, Faisalabad
I brush my teeth twice a day morning and before sleeping, but my teeth are still yellow while I don't eat junk food and chocolate .
Yellow teeth are not always caused by poor brushing or eating chocolate. Some people naturally have a slightly yellow shade because the inner layer of the tooth (dentin) is more visible. Other causes include plaque or tartar buildup, enamel thinning, genetics, certain medications, or excessive fluoride exposure during childhood.
I recommend visiting a dentist for a clinical examination and professional scaling and polishing if needed.
