Assalam alaikum doctors mei ney apney 2 dant ki root canal karwahi thi phir Kuch din Baad crown lagwa Liya but yeh crown zaida properly fix nai Howa mei pochna cha Raha tha k yeh merey dant mei hole hai is ko clean kar k laser filling Karwana safe hai or teeth ki blackness b saaf ho jahey in future Khana khaney mei masla na ahey abhe donuo dant death hai , please suggest me best solution for it .

This crown looks very old and worn down..
It is advisable k aap check karwaye and get new crowns fixed.. Without crown apkay daant tootny k khatara hai aur root canal fail hoskti hai.
The teeth in a very bad condition so it’s best to remove them both and get dental implants
these teeth can be saved although they are in poor condition but needs proper evaluation and an experienced dentist

Yes you should get filling done for one tooth and my advice is to go for a new bridge with proper crown preparation for better results.

first of all do properly fill the tooth then clean the surrounding areas and then make new bridge .
