I have a 9-10 year old daughter. Her two front upper teeth fell out once and came back in. But after that, they fell out again. Will they come back in? If not, what treatment should I give her?

You need an OPG xray after that a dentist can evaluate her teeth and let you know which ones are permanent and which are not.
You shouldn't give her any treatment as it'll be decided after an OPG xray by your dentist.
