I'm having back left side lower gum swollen and sometimes feel lump below jaw (In upper neck) on left side, when I press it pains . What could be the reason ?
get your x ray done ASAP. this can be a sign of an infected tooth. get it checked.

go to dentist near by u to hav ur proper chkup nd treatment.. dnt ignore it.
get urself checked to a dental surgeon might be due to impacted (unerupted)tooth causing infection.
most likely it's a tender lymph node due to infection in that region. Will be needing clinical and radiographic examination for definitive diagnosis.

These are signs of infection...unerupted wisdom tooth culd be a reason..u need to visit ur dentist asap before it spreads further! Don't ignore it!
