Talk to Dentist on Teeth Issue
Asking for Self, Female, 30 years old, Lahore
Around 10 months ago there was a traumatic dental injury by guava seed. I just ignored. Then after few weeks it was hurt by fish bone leading to pain. I took antibiotics and pain theak hogai. Then after few months I faced unbearable throbbing pain + cheek swelling + gum redness. Even i cant touch that teeth and cant chew from that sode.Took antibiotics lakin theak nai Hua. At that time I visit Dentist. Dr nay medicine di. After it pain theak hogai but gum redness theak nai Hua which turns into gum boil.
After many days gum boil ma drainage point bana and it drains out. Phir again boil banta and drain hojata . Sometimes pus k sath blood b nikal jata thaa ( boht zara sa.)....
Phir gum boil khud theak hogaya.
At that time Dentist visit jaab mja throbbing pain + cheek swelling + gum redness thii.... Dr said ap ubi teeth nikalwa dain yai hil b raha ha. Mai ubhi nikal data hu. Jaab k teeth Hil nai raha thaa.
Now kafi time sa na pain ha. Na gum redness ha.na gum boil h
plz visit your nearby dentist for further evaluation
I remember such case contacted here we advised rct and crown the patient I think didn't followed our instruction.

So what is tour exact query? If you want an answer like its ok to ignore and it will settle down by itslef then its a big NO. You definitely needs to visit your nearby Dentist and get expert opinion for it. whether it can be saved with Root canal Treatment or needs to get extracted.

1. advice periapical xray to check periapical infection
2. rct to save tooth
3. scaling if needed on clinical evaluation
4. antiseptic mouthwash recommended + huygiene instruction
if any thing fine now than dun worry
After PA Xray RCT should be adviced
