Assalamu alikum. Agr calculus phir jam raha hai tu apko scaling phir krwanay ki zaroorat par sakti hai. Qareebi dentist ke pass jake scaling phir krwa lien. Aur har 3 maheenay mein ek daffa jakr apne dentist se check krwatay rahien take calculus ko control kiya ja sake.
Ap proper check up krwaen. Calculus remove krne k lia apko scaling krwani hogi. us k bad polishing aur fluoride treatment krwaen. us se sensitivity thek hojaegi. Sensodyne rapid action Toothpaste rat sonay se pehle r subh nashty k bad use kren. neem grm pani ma ek chutki namak dal k us se rozana kuliyan kren. InshaAllah bhtri aegi. Zda thandi r zda garam chezen filhal avoid kren.
maintain oral hygiene, at least 20 strokes on each side of tooth surface, visit dentist for calculus deposition.
scaling doesnot creat gaps or swelling.. aap ka gum already resorbe ho rahy hoon gaya jaha calculus accumulat hua ho ga.after scaling space appeared because calculus was remover from that area. u need proper evaluation of ur gums and teeth.

please do salt and water gargles if you are not BP patient.Kindly watch brushing techniques on YouTube and brush properly two times a day also use mouthwash for 2 weeks. apply sensodyne rapid action on gums and teeth .let it stay there for 5 to 10 minutes and then do brushing. also use cecon tablets ( vitamin c) .
it is advisable to do scaling every six months at least and if improper and irregular brushing is done then calculus can be formed again. so it's normal. gum bleeding and swelling occur with calculus. try scaling again with fluoride therapy. take sensodyne rapid relief and after brushing leave paste in mouth for a minute and then wash.enziclor mouthwash
After scaling and proper polishing usually calculus takes a while to get deposited again. however if you feel that it is there and ur gums are swollen too then you need good deep scaling and then need to improve your brushing technique.

your brushing techniques are not not accurate,consult with dentist,do salt water rinse at least &massage olive oil on your gums

You need to scaling done again. Gap is not related to scaling. Meanwhile use supersoft brush and enzicolor and visit a dentist asap.

scaling makes tooth surface A bit rough that attracts more calculus & food deposits.polishing prevents or at least delays the process.better to have scaling & polishing for expert dentist, follow instruction & regular followup.
