u have to take tab metrozine 400 mg 3 times a day. and warm salt water rinses 3 times a day, and for pain tab synflex 550 mg 2 times a day. if problem persist then go for extraction of this tooth
wisdom tooth seems to have infection as gum near to it is swollen and inflammmed.treatment fr that is extraction .take antibitiotic and for pain synflex 550mg.the tooth anterior to wisdom have also carious lesion so xray and evalaution is necessary.
