We've to inject in either case...wether to extract or to have root canal treatment to save the teeth. But pian is least in any case.

Give her antibiotics for three days than have her extraction do she have any other medical problem

Dear patient, kindly visit a good dentist and get the tooth treated either extraction (removal) or treatment if can be saved. There is no way to leave the infected tooth in mouth and keep on taking medicines.
aoa she should start taking antibiotics .as they will control the infection. then the tooth can be extracted

You should visit a good dentist please, or book online appointment, your mother should take antibiotics prescribed by a dentist..... After course of 5 days she shld go for extractions or root canal whichever procedure dentist picks.
