Till then you can have tab Synflex twice a day for pain management but do not use it for a longer time. Use Prodent tooth paste and mouth wash for some relief from sensitivity.

Aoa, the pain is the 3rd last teeth is might be due to a cavity. The medication for this is synflex 550 mg. In case of infection add flagyl 400mg too.
For sensitivity,sensodyne toothpaste and warm saline rinses are recommended.
