you can take Panadol for pain 2 tablets stat if there is swelling then you can add penicillins like amoxil, Panadol and amoxil both are safe to use but first use 2 tab. of Panadol and see does your pain settle or not take it three times a day if swelling then add amoxil 500mg twice and don't us flaygyl or any other antibiotics.

panadol is considered safe painkiller during pregnancy, but it doesn't treat the cause, and for that you have to visit a dental surgeon. try not to delay this visit as it may complicate the things. Best wishes for you and your family regarding the newcomer!
