sir visit your nearest dentist as you will be needing splint to fix your mobile tooth/teeth and it's possible you may need root canal treatment for that specific tooth. Otherwise antibiotic therapy is must as you may have infection in that tooth.

. please apnay dentist k pass jao and wo apko btaye ga. 1 procedure hota hai "Splinting" is main teeth ko apas me in jor daitay hain wire ki help se for few days. inshaAllah isay movement kam hojae gi.
and agar pain ziada hai to take 1 pain killer and it's better to visit your dentist as soon as possible.
