Based on what you have
described ;pain after a traumatic chip, a recent gum injury, and pain radiating to the ear and jaw;this could be due to one or a combination of factors, such as:
Pulpal inflammation (pulpitis) or infection
due to the chipped tooth.
Gum trauma from the fish bone injury that may not have fully healed or could have led to an infection in the gums.
It needs to be
examined at a dental office to check for the signs of infection, cracks or any other signs of an unhealed inflammation. To manage your pain right now, prescribe a pain reliever (ibuprofen 400mg 1+1 ) and, if necessary, an antibiotic (Augmentin 625 mg 1+1+1 for 5 days ) if there is an evidence of infection. Please avoid chewing on that side until the issue is properly diagnosed and treated. Depending on the findings, the treatment could include addressing the filling or a more involved procedure like a root canal if the pulp is affected. If the gum injury hasnt
healed properly, that needs to be treated as well to reduce any lingering pain or infection. If you dont get the tooth filled on time and get a crown on top of it, it might get fractured in the near future and would probably lead the case to an extraction and replacement with either an implant or bridge.

firstly get rid of gum swelling... for that do luke warm saline water rinses, rinse with mouth wash, and apply enziclor gel after rinsing and before sleeping... and have soft diet atleast for 3 days....
Take a Flagyl course 3 times a day for 3 days...
After your gum issue gets resolved please go for composite filling otherwise chewing forces will cause further damage to your tooth structure.

minor injury from guava seed made a cavity in the tooth, which should be treated immediately by Filling the tooth, but now the un-treated cavity has got the way down leading to infection..So, now Root Canal treatment should be done as soon as possible. Meanwhile use paracetamol for pain
