this issue usually occur due to cavity
there is cavity in your tooth that is deepening gradually. get it filled before you need rct to save this tooth. your second problem shows that you drink very less water. increase your daily water intake and eat atleast 2 bananas before going to sleep.
tooth have carious lesion that causes sensitivity to sweet or hot and cold.so proper oral examination is necessary.filling of the cavity is necessary before it goes to RCT.
