kuch nishan esse hote hain ke remove na hon. dekhe bagher kuch nai kaha ja sakta. use Sense T toothpaste for 1 month.

Jo remove nai hue Wo caries hain. But not to be worry about it. Regular brushing se Wo static ho jayen gay and doesn’t progress. Use SENSODYNE ( complete protection) on regular basis. Brush 2 times daily.

take one glass of luke warm water add mouth wash in it. do gargle twice a day for sensitivity. For your stains we will have to examine your teeth clinically.

Some times you do feel sensitivity, if the scales are big or gums are receded or enamel is thin. You may use some tooth pastes n mouth washes available in market for sensitive teeth. Even if persists do visit a dentist for management pl.

it's normal to feel sensitivity one week after scaling if it persist more than 1 week consult ur dentist.
After scaling, there is mild sensitivity. It will get better within few days.
