Get your crown removed and check if rct is required. Plus maintain your oral higene. Do flossing at night everyday especially where crown is placed.
Tooth xray krwao. If RCT is possible to RCT hogi. Otherwise Infections means case prognosis is Poor. Extraction is advised.

Crown fitting achi nhi phir. Amoxill khao and xray krwa k pic send kro. Treatment bata dunga. (periapical rafiograph) krwao. 100/200 ka hoga

There's infection in your tooth, get it's x-ray done, take antibiotics for pain and pus for 3-5 days, remove your crown and get appointment for Root canal, this will solve the problem Insha'Allah
