Mera 1 daant toota tha usk bad new daant ni aya us jaga se starting me khoon bhi ata tha ab ni ata but ab waha p shayd keera laga h jo thora buht daant ka tukra side me rehta or muje yeh issue h k us ki waja se mere mouth se smell ati kisi se bat ni kr pati confidence zero hogya h buht preshan hu buht sad bi but i can't afford expensive treatment please agr iska easy solution he to please help me
Aoa. Iss tootay huey tooth ko foran nikalwaa den. Iss k baad zakham theek ho tuo qareebi dentist se contact kren. Koi solution bta den gey k bridge ya denture lga diya jaey. Regards
remove that tooth piece and use mouthwash and laachi

You need to get treatment done from some nearby authentic dental hospital or clinic and just get the remaining part of tooth extracted. It is not very expensive. Bad smell and all other issues will get better after it.

Visit any dentist near your place and get this thing evaluated soonest. For time being for pain relief you can have painkillers like Synflex or Caflam. This tooth need to be extracted or else it can cause infection and become troublesome.
As soon as tooth be extracted you bad breath thing will also be resolve but if persist then follow Basic Oral hygiene instructions
1. Brush twice a day (before breakfast and before bed)
2. Floss properly after every meal
3. Use medicated mouthwash for better results
for tooth replacement of tooth you can have options

No nothing to worry. But still if you delay it can cause infection nothing much or maybe bone resorption. But I would suggest get that treated soonest.

Phir, ek dentist ke paas jaaein jo aapko proper guidance de sakta hai. Unhone aapko ye bataya ki kya aage kaafi treatment options available hain. Aapko apne confidence ko improve karne ke liye kuch steps follow karne honge.
