usually good quality crowns cannot change colours. visit a qualified dentist for replacement of discolered crowns.

you should have complained about color difference to the dentist when he was fixing the crown/bridge.
now if you want improvement then the only solution is to get new crown made with matching color of your adjacent teeth. other wise if u don't have pain or discomfort then continue to use them.
as for remaining teeth getting damaged. get there treatment done properly by a Good Dentist immediately
