ye Usually ho jata hai jab patients ek cheez chor k dosira start karte hai . apko sirf Scaling ( Cleaning karwane ki zarorat hai ) .just ek visit dentist k pas kar .scaling and polishing karwae .Usk bd kch time k lye mouth wash use karna hoga because of inflamed gums . your hygiene will back to normal again
