Talk to Dentist on Teeth Scaling
Asking for Self, Male, 33 years old, rawalpindi
I have gone throw teeth scaling 3 times in past. but after few month they become pale. Is there any permanent solution of teeth whitening?

Okay I just wanna ask few questions first...
Do u smoke? How many times a day u drink tea? How often u take soft drinks?
You need to brush daily twice,and do scaling after. 6 months. Some people have more tedency to develop plaque/calculus

you need to evaluate hour habits before any treatment. if you are a tea/ coffee drinker or a smoker. you need to reduce the quantity. other than that scaling every six months along with polishing and brushing properly daily should improve your teeth.
brother first of all you need make self evaluation that what kind of food you are using which contains stains or colors , or smoking if your ur are doing ... lf so you need to stop it first... what ever the possible treatment option whether permanent or temporary would be effective after that...
Your brushing technique is not perfect along need to know about the bristles of your tooth brush and the tooth paste they you are using ......
