Hey this is Dr.Tasbiha , teeth sensitivity can occur due to few problem related to oral health i would suggest to visit once in 6 months for proper professional cleaning /scaling . Use prodent toothpate for a month and prodent mouthwash once in a day for 2 months .

If the hypersensitivity is localized (single tooth or specific area) then proper investigation needed if generalized (all teeth) then use Prodent toothpaste twice a day
if not possible to visit dentist.use ABC KIDS toothpaste three times a day for one month
