Trimming teeth might cause sensitivity as enamel will be cut off but a desensitised agent can help solve it. Can get it done from any dentist. Best to go to orthodontist
trimming of teeth is not the treatment. it will cause sensitivity And tooth color difference issues. it is better to revisit the orthodontist for evaluation and treatment
