If front theeth are not aligned and are overjet and also our maxilla bone is fine our facial structure is fully developed can we still go for palate expander (Marpe) to treat overjet theeth because I don't want extraction kindly sir reply please

palatal expansion is helpful if there is crossbite and narrow maxilla.
only with the help of expansion it's difficult to manage overjet.
for better advice it's preferable you visit an orthodontist in person.
no .you have asked an expert and still asking foolish questions.you already know that when person is adult maxilla cannot be expanded by bon growth so top asking foolish questions.

Unfortunately no,suture is fully fused at this age, so a normal expander won’t create skeletal change; it will mostly just tip the teeth outward instead of widening the bone
