I think u need deep scaling and polishing
you would be needing a deep cleaning but for that you need to visit a dentist for proper evaluation and treatment
The problem is the gingivitis. Due to swollen gums and calculus deposits gums start bleeding. For this NSPT is needed.
Gums bleed due to infection (gingivitis) the only option is to get your scaling done , so that it will resolve.

You need to get scaling done. This is due to gum disease that makes the gums swollen
kindly visit ur nearby dentist or get online consultation, probably u need scaling and ur dentist may recommend u antibiotics as well.
