Talk to Dentist on Tmj Issue(may Be) Consistent Pain

It's been a year, I have pain on left side of face,head,jaw.. I feel like my jaw bone near ear moves outward when I deliberately open my mouth to some extent. I have done 3 finger test for tmj as well. No issue was there. I can chew,speak properly. But this pain in face,head ,it doesn't get away even for a second ,it's getting worse. Feels like a pressure...what should I do?

do a radiograph and show it to a oral medicine specialist or dentist
for pain take
neuberol forte tab 1+1
take soft diet avoid hard diets
hot tube application on TMJ
you can show to oral and maxillofacial surgeon if he rule out that not related with dentists then go to the ENT
visit to dentist l to rule out any carious tooth.may be it is referred pain.if isn't any carious tooth reason.he will referred you to oral maxio facial surgeon.he will recommend you some test to know the exact cause of pain n pressure
It might be referred pain, get a fresh radiograph done, visit the nearby dentist
Do you have OPG (a full mouth xray?)
