I'm having severe tooth ache in my lower jaw with swollen gum. I had done filling one year ago but nowadays my tooth is aching too much please give suggestionsuggestions

Dear patient, pain and swelling is an indication of infection. simple filling in case of infection is not helpful. You probably need Root canal treatment(RCT) or Extraction in case of gross structural tooth loss.
aoa you should go to the dentist for root canals as this seems to be pulpitis pain
Most probably the extent of damage is till the the tooth nerve now. Get a xray done to have final diagnosis. Dont self medicate especially dont take antibiotics yourself.
