from past couple of days I have severe tooth pain I am taking an said and nims but they are not effective. there is a hole in my second last teeth and I know this is where the problem is but what should I do? extract or put a cap over it?

the Thing You are saying Hole is the cavity... never ever go For Extraction until no possible treatment left...Do visit dentist..He will take X Ray and will decide whether to go for Filling or RCT ..

get it checked first from a nearby dentist. He will decide the treatment plan and will give you 2 options , either to extract it or to so root canal treatment and then will crown the tooth . medicine will no longer work , you need treatment
