I am suffering from tooth cavity since last 6months. It has gone to the level where the pain is umbearable and i need to take painkillers 2-3 times a day Kindly suggest what needs to be done

The cavity can get infected, so visit the dentist at the earliest for the treatment, most likely to be Root Canal.
