I am suffering from tooh pain i.e cavity on molar and premolar teeth of right side.., it is more prominent on molar teeth. there is bleeding also. There is too much pain. Moreover, thin blood clots are also released from it.

Most probably the molar is grossly carious and causing gum inflammation and bleeding, plus food impaction around it could have caused caries in premolar too. It needs to be clinicaly addressed. Don't self medicate too much !!
asalam,there may be teeth and problem both ,need proper diagnosis and evaluation & xrays all,visit dentist & for time release do warm salt water rinses as many times as possible and take painkiller too
