if u r only left with roots of molar then it needs to be extracted. filling of the cavity must be done asap
the cavity needs to be filled filling takes a day
the other side tooth root needs extraction and then bridge .it will take one month wait after extraction.then prosthesis fabrication.
cavity can be filled with composite (laser) filling plus your fallen off crown can't be fixed again as the time passes so you need to have a new crown the whole process can be done in 4 to 5 days including new crown
cavity can be filled with composite or amalgam filling depends on condition of tooth..new crown will be placed and if tooth structure is lost then extraction advised with bridge it might take approximately 20 days

dear patient, have a clinical checkup, sometimes when the base(tooth roots) are good in length and width then it can be saved. There should be an xray of your fallen tooth.

depends upon the condition of tooth as seen in radiograph and on clinical examination, cannot say without proper examination and investigation
Cavity depth will decide either to go for a restoration or Root Canal. Crown fallen has to be replaced by a new one.It can take up to 7-10 days
