No matter how many toothpaste you use it wont work as you demand. My advice get scaling and polishing done. Stop using tobacco products first. Your tooth are already damaged with stains... cleaning and polishing wont damage any further.

Note : this a real myth that scaling can actaully weaken you tooth. (Scaling sa danth saaf aur masboot hota na ka kamzoor. but yes if its calculus ( agar tartar hota pehla woh hataia jata tou aisa patients agar complain karta ka unko thanda garam lag raha but sirf woh waqti hota. and usko cover karna ka lia sensitivity lia tooth paste.
