my son, 1 year 5 month old having this yellow teeth decay. he is only in mother feed, and eats Roti, white rice or chips only. no candies, lollypop or chocolate. what is issue and how to stop.

did u brush his teeth??,plz brush wth soft tooth brush or with baby finger silicone brush so baby wont get cavity

These are Hutchison incisiors this should be treated consult dental surgeon at clinic for treatment
Take ulta soft brush and brush his teeth… Also if he takes feed at night do clean his teeth with damp cotton pallet as bacterial action is more at night!! Also js there any history of trauma? To the front teeth?
These look like hutchison's teeth a sign of congenital syphilis. Does he have any other complain ?

Kindly start baby brushing teeth n give him fluoride treatment every month . We can only delay caries but cannot fill or stop decay
It is a birth defect called amelogenesis Imperfecta in which enamel is not mineralized and it's weak which causes pits on the tooth surface. treatment is use of flouride toothpaste twice daily, flouride varnish and composite filling for extra protection
