ReRCT kar k follow up karain ga agar infection improve hota ha to isa bacha sakta hain otherwise extraction karni hogi .final dicision clinical assessment k bad hoga.
Two Options 1 re-root canal and follow up if alright go for crown again. 2 Extraction followed by Implant or partial denture or bridge whichever is suitable for you.

Hopeless tooth extract followed by immediate implant later crown it
Have to check it clinically if there is no mobility and crown visible in oral cavity is enough we can try it with re rct followed by post and core buildup and than crown ….. if its not restorable extract and go for implant
