u need a proper scaling plus curettage, gum disease will be managed and decayed tooth need to be evalute first and then treatment

First of all you need to get Scaling of your teeth. Then go for restorations. Ziada issue nhi hai, aap scaling krwayen, gums apni jaga pr ruk jayengy, baqi jis jis tooth mein decay hai uski simple fillings krwayen. Phir after months agr aap apni hums wapis upr lana chahty hain to usky liye gingivoplasty krwayen. Aap bilkul preshaan na hon, ye problem common hai. Easily manage hojayegi. :)
