tooth is not damaged deeply infection is Not that deep ,

but before any tooth extraction or root canal treatment we have to check with an xray first. if it's not damage too much we can do root canal and crown on tooth to save it.

If the tooth is hopeless like only roots are left then extraction should be done.but if there is enough tooth structure left then we can restore it with RCT and crown later on
