You need to go to a dentist as this can me due to some infection in your teeth or due to some other reason. Need to get an xray done so that we can evaluate your tooth's condition
please take an appointment and visit our clinic. you need treatment of the broken teeth to get rid of the pain
Please visit any dentist as soon as possible they will get your x-ray done, their must be an infection is suspected. For time being you can take caflam as a painkiller and any antibiotic which suits you thrice a day. But it will only give temporary relief, pain might start again if you will not get proper treatment of your tooth.

AOA, most probably it is just bcz of tooth infection, you should visit to your dentist soon as possible, better to take medcn as Caflam 50 mg in morning and evening (painkiller) and other is (antibiotic )

you have tooth infection after complete evalaution treatment would be possible either extraction or root canal .. Do warm saline rinses n take appranax 550mg painkiller for relief .. And visit your dentist as soon as possible for treatment.
