do salt water rinses or niflam mouth wash

if its straight get a cut to ease the wisdom to come out . and if its curve get it extracted . better consultation can be done by visual examination
There’s no relationship between tablet and tooth eruption - it will erupt on time , visit a dentist as soon as possible - till then try remedies - apply clove oil on a cotton ball and apply it in that area this will subside pain for short duration OR gargle with salted warm water - ! Don’t use pain killers or antibiotics without prescription it’s harmful
use warm saline rinses.. try to eat soft diet.
after brushing, add 1 teaspoon of salt to warm water and rinse for 2 min. After that apply clinica gel to the wisdom tooth using clean finger. When possible get an OPG xray and visit a dental clinic near you
