My brother broke his teeth while eating after some time he notice cavity in that broken area. Also he feel a little bit pain at some time.

Umm from the xray it does look like rct but if he dan visit us for a consultation we can check the tooth physically and see the extent of the decay and guide better..it could just be a deep filling too but cant say for sure until checked the tooth.
